Ironsite respects your privacy. This site sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers or analytics, and loads no external scripts or fonts. This policy explains what limited information is collected when you contact me, and how it is used.

Who I am

What I collect

When you submit the enquiry form I receive the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), budget range and message. I do not collect anything else, and the site stores no cookies on your device.

How I use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work you have asked for. I do not sell, rent or share your information, and I do not add you to any marketing list without your clear consent.

Lawful basis

Enquiry details are processed on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Who can see it

Your message is delivered to my inbox through a transactional email provider (Resend) acting as a data processor. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. No other party receives your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or ask me to delete the personal data I hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email stallkergfx@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, and the enquiry form is hardened against spam and abuse. Your data is handled to a professional security standard.
